Carly Spink : Blog Response 2

My entire life, I have lived in Sandwich, Massachusetts, a small town right on Cape Cod. I never really visited Boston much, so coming here for school was definitely a big culture shock. I remember when I first came here, the thought of even venturing out from campus was scary, because I never knew how I would find my way back. After a couple years of living here, I can say that feeling has completely changed. I started realizing that certain building played an important role in figuring out where I was and how I would get home. There are certain places that I use to guide myself back home if I am not exactly sure where I am. I can easily use buildings as a method of navigation instead of remembering street names.
