Zachary Philippe- Blog 9&10

Have you ever tried to paint a person perfectly? I have, and it is stupidly hard and precise. Now imagine painting hundreds of people, while laying on your back, on a whole ceiling. Yep, thats just one thing Michelangelo managed to do in his lifetime, and man did he do it well. What else? Maybe his Pieta sculpture carved out of one massive stone chunk will win your amazement. Not only can he paint people, but he can create them out of stone. Now i've never tried this, but it looks impressively harder than painting, and he did them both very, very, very, very very well. On top of this were many, many, many other works and accomplishes including work in the very famous St Peters. Towards the end of his life, he made a career change and began to fight crime and hide in the sewers. This caused him to turn green. Just kidding, but he did have quite the beard. His very lifelike capturing of emotion through his paintings and sculptures began to be applied in architecture and has changed the world sense. He will forever be known as one of the most remarkable human minds, and his work easily reflects it.
