Cameron Savela - Blog 3

When going to the MFA I went directly to the Ancient Greece section and saw the Antefix of the Temple of Athena at Assos. It reminded me of the lectures on Greece when we were talking about the temple of Athena with the Nike Temple and how the columns were different at the capitals that turned so it would look the same from both sides. So when I saw this temple at Athena it was unique with the Antefix at the top of the gable. With this picture it shows the artifact in the MFA and how it was originally put into context!
