Invisible Cities is a fantastic book, with short stories that illustrate different cities and important aspects of each city. After reading some stories in my Public Space class, I became very interested in the book. I loved how the stories were expressed and the way my mind was beginning to imagine these cities. The descriptions were very informative but the city's image could be experienced or imagined in any way. Not one answer was correct on how a space really was. The different stories brought new ideas on how a city is really developed and designed. All cities are very different and the stories that come from each are all different as well. Invisible Cities, really lets your mind wonder and play with the images and descriptions given. As Architects and designers we need to allow our minds to play and wonder to new conclusions that could change at any given moment.
