Michelle Lopez Blog Response 6

When I was Christmas shopping last year, I stumbled upon the bargain $5 rack where I found 101 Things I Learned in Architecture School. Each page has a paragraph describing a tip in drawing, designing, or presenting along side with an image. For example on one page it suggests to roll your drawings with the image facing out so that it won’t looked as rolled up when pinning up. While another page goes more into detail about how sunlight can affect a site. The book is a very quick read, but it inspired me in many ways to become a better designer. It also inspired me more when I found out that the author, Matthew Fredrick, once taught at Wentworth.
